WORK PROCESS
01
.webp)
Everything starts with an initial exchange, by email or during a video call (WhatsApp, Teams, or any platform you prefer). This first discussion is free and non-binding, and allows us to talk about your business, your goals, your target audience, and your needs.
If you don’t yet have a clear idea of your project, that’s not an issue. I can also help you define a clear direction and build a structured brief.

Following our exchange, I prepare a detailed brief gathering all the key information needed for your project: company presentation, objectives, target audience, products or services, required features, site structure (if applicable), deadlines, references, inspirations, and any other relevant details.
I then use this information to create a custom quote. If adjustments are needed to match your budget, we will discuss the best solutions together.

Once the quote is approved, the collaboration officially begins.
A 50% deposit is required before production starts. This step secures the time allocated to your project in my schedule.
04

Before starting production, I conduct a research phase to define the most suitable creative direction for your project. This may include benchmarking, research, information architecture, wireframes, moodboards, art direction, and initial creative concepts.
Once the direction is defined, we review and validate it together before moving into production. If your project idea is not fully defined yet, I can also help you structure your needs and create a clear creative brief.
05

Once the direction is approved, I design the full project.
For web projects, I usually present a few key screens first to confirm the visual direction before designing the entire website. For graphic projects, multiple concepts may be explored depending on the scope.
Revisions are included throughout the process to refine the result. However, requests must remain aligned with the initial brief.

After the design approval, I move into the final production phase. Depending on the project, this may include Webflow or Shopify development, print and production file preparation, graphic asset exports, performance optimization, and content integration.
You are kept regularly updated throughout the process to ensure smooth communication and project progress.
07

Once production is complete, the project undergoes thorough testing.
For websites, this includes:
- Cross-browser testing
- Mobile and desktop optimization
- Performance checks
- Bug fixing
After final adjustments, a last validation is done before delivery.

After final payment is received, all agreed deliverables are provided in the appropriate formats.
For web projects, launch can be handled, and a maintenance service is available to ensure updates, fixes, and long-term improvements.
I remain available after delivery to support your project and answer any questions.

How does a project collaboration work?
Everything begins with an initial contact, usually by email or through a video call (WhatsApp, Teams, or any platform you prefer). During this free, no-obligation 30-minute meeting, we discuss your project, goals, business, and ambitions. This allows me to fully understand your needs and recommend the most suitable solution.
Following our discussion, I prepare a custom quote within one week. If the proposed budget exceeds your expectations, we can discuss possible adjustments whenever feasible. Once the quote has been approved in writing, a 50% deposit is required to officially begin the project.
The creative phase then starts. Depending on the nature of the project, several concepts, discussions, and revisions may take place. I remain available throughout the process to answer your questions and keep you informed of the project's progress.
Once the project has been approved in writing, the agreed deliverables are provided. Any additional modifications requested after final approval will require a separate quote.
What services do you offer, and how do I choose the right package?
I work across a wide range of creative disciplines, including:
- Brand identity and branding
- Logo design
- Posters and advertising materials
- Print/packaging design
- Editorial design
- Video editing
- 3D design
- UI/UX design
- Website wireframes and prototypes
- Webflow website development
- Shopify e-commerce development
For web projects, I also offer ongoing support and maintenance services. Since every project is unique, I provide both individual services and fully customized solutions. During our initial discussion, we will determine the option that best fits your goals, needs, and budget.
In addition, all of my work is created without the use of generative AI. Every project benefits from a fully handcrafted design and creative process.
I don't have a clear idea of what I need. Can you help me?
Absolutely. My role goes beyond simply executing a request. I can help you refine your ideas and build a clear creative direction. You don't need a complete brief to get started. Sharing your preferences, inspirations, values, business goals, target audience, or the message you want to communicate is often enough.
From there, we can build a visual identity that accurately reflects your brand and objectives.
How are your prices determined?
Every quote is tailored to the specific needs of each project. Pricing depends on several factors, including:
- Estimated workload
- Project complexity
- Number of deliverables
- Research and strategy requirements
- Technical constraints
- Potential involvement of external resources or service providers
My goal is to offer fair and competitive pricing while maintaining a high standard of quality and client support.
What are your typical project timelines?
Timelines vary depending on the size and complexity of the project. On average, a first proposal is delivered within 1 to 2 weeks after receiving the deposit. Additional time may be required for revisions, approvals, and final production. I always do my best to meet agreed deadlines. However, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally result in slight delays.
For urgent projects, a priority service can be arranged. Since this requires adjustments to my schedule, an additional fee may apply.
How many revisions are included?
Revisions are included throughout the project to ensure the final result meets your expectations. Rather than setting a strict limit, I prefer a collaborative process based on feedback and gradual improvements. However, revision requests must remain consistent with the original project brief. Significant changes in direction or requests for additional deliverables may require a separate quote.
The approval process generally follows three stages:
- Presentation of the proposed concepts (often via video call for larger projects).
- A review and discussion period during which you can ask questions and provide feedback.
- Final approval in writing.
Your involvement is an important part of the project's success. The more information, references, and feedback you provide, the more effective the final result will be.
What files will I receive, and what usage rights are included?
Depending on the project, delivered files may include:
- PNG
- JPG
- PDF
- SVG (particularly for logo projects)
For logo design projects, the vector files required for professional use are included in the final delivery. For other services, working source files are generally not included unless explicitly stated in the quote. This helps preserve the integrity, consistency, and quality of the final design. Commercial usage rights are transferred to you once the project has been paid in full, allowing you to freely use the delivered assets for your business and marketing purposes. However, copyright ownership remains with the creator, in accordance with applicable intellectual property laws.
If you would like greater autonomy when working with your visual assets, personalized training sessions can also be arranged.
Do you work with international clients and remote projects?
Yes. I primarily work with clients in Belgium, France, and Japan, but my services are available worldwide. All communication can be handled remotely via email, video calls, or any communication method that best suits your needs.
I currently work in both French and English (Japanese soon).
Do you offer support after project delivery?
Yes. I remain available after delivery to help support the growth and evolution of your project.
For websites, I offer a monthly maintenance plan that includes:
- Webflow licensing fees when applicable
- Website hosting
- Up to 2 hours of work per month for content updates, bug fixes, and minor improvements
If additional work is required beyond the included hours, it will be billed according to the current hourly rate. Major updates, new features, or significant modifications may require a separate quote.
My goal is to build long-term relationships with my clients and support them as their business grows.
Is my project information kept confidential?
Absolutely. All information, documents, and resources shared during our collaboration are treated as strictly confidential. Project files are stored locally on secure physical storage devices and are never shared with third parties without your consent. Upon request, certain files and documents can be permanently deleted after project completion.
